EFT can be used on any issue. My areas of speciality are; self worth/image, stress/anxiety, depression, chronic pain and dis-ease, weight loss, sensitive souls, trauma and underlying patterns and beliefs that may be contributing to health issues and dis-ease. But please feel free to contact me with whatever issue you may have. I believe the cause of many of our problems is a lack of self love and self acceptance. My favourite poet, Rumi, says this beautifully: “You are searching the world for treasure, but the real treasure is yourself ”.

The initial consultation (30 minutes) is free, with no obligation to book an appointment. This provides you with an opportunity of seeing how well we might work together. Appointments are one hour.

Telephone sessions » I do EFT over the phone, so it does not matter where you live. Telephone sessions are extremely effective and phone work can also be more convenient for the client in lots of ways.
